Professional and Fair

I contacted Ontario Property Buyers to ask about how the process works of selling my parents' house As-Is, and Sebastian called me in less than a day to answer my questions and schedule an appointment. He came over to see the house we are selling and made an offer within that week...and by the following week we have come to an agreement after I talked to my parents about the price. To make the process more efficient for us because my parents were out of the country Sebastian suggested a law firm that are knowledgeable and familiar with the type of house selling scenario we are in, and the firm definitely helped the sale closed fairly smoothly.
