I had 2 very good experiences here with Ona. I had to go twice as sending and receiving to African countries is complicated. The other offices and banks I'd previously tried were not able to help, but she did. She worked out both the cancellation of the first one then resending to another country location. It was successful, I felt secure and I will use this location and hopefully same agent again. Thanks for your help. S.Taylor

I just wanted to recognize Indera for being truly wonderful at her job. Not only was she professional and organized, but she also demonstrated her kindness and empathy through our interactions.
She was patient with my grandmother as we looked for a last minute currency exchange and clearly explained the process of how it would work.
Anyways, I just wanted to write this review to say that her hard work doesn't go un-noticed. Indera has shown qualities that I would extend beyond being a good employee and describe as simply being a good person 🙂

This will be second time using Money Mart in Stratford.
