Exceptionally poor management and communication. I own a condo-town being managed by this company, cannot get a hold of them for simple questions yet there are all these rules. They do a very bad job of keeping the common facilities clean and yet charge an arm and a leg. The only positive review I see here is from someone on the condo board… please stay away.

I have owned many condos in the KW area. No Condo Corp is 100%, However Millcreek is pretty close. If you have any concerns that are directed to the condo. They will be answered. Ever since Kevin took full ownership it's been way better and we have stayed on budget.

They scammed condo owners and myself. The property manager used our reserve money to fund his private needs and neglected our condo corp. They misled us for a year and some time until I smelt fishy business and reported them to the CMRAO. The CMRAO rep came out and advised they had several legal proceedings against them as they have mismanaged condo funds and neglected other condo owners too. The scam artist has lost his license but this company still seems to be in operation so be careful as this is an organized chain of crime. The previous employee left (whom was ethical) and started her own property management company which we are grateful for and are utilizing now. This new management company advised that our books were not in order and they even neglected to make payments to our vendors. Our condo owners did not receive a water bill for over a year and when they did, the amount was outrageous. When I came to their office to see someone in person, they were non-responsive and would not even provide contact info for the property manager. I had to conduct my owner investigatory work and eventually found the property manager but this entire process was a headache. Please don't walk from them but RUN!

This company is fraud and got caught for stealing money from my condo corp.

One of the owners of Millcreek Management Inc was Gavin Kendrick. He was convicted and arrested on several counts. Do not do business with this company.

Terrible!!!
In October of 2017 we hired Millcreek Management Inc. According to the by-laws, an annual general meeting should have been held in May or June of 2018, which never happened and we are now well overdue for the annual general meeting.
Furthermore, on May 4, 2018 there was an intense windstorm in Southern Ontario and the vinyl siding on the exterior of the building was lifted by the high winds. I notified Millcreek immediately, completed the service request and 6 months later I am still waiting for the repair despite my numerous reminder emails and calls.

Shoddy build, negligence, the list goes on. We know multiple owners by name who battled leaks and infestation. Worse yet is the shady parking racket as of late. Tenants once had 1 main parking pass and 1 for visitor. Many tenants have 2 cars and use both. Suspiciously, they began enforcing 1 tenant car only, stripped away the 2nd spot people relied on, and replaced them with paid “reserved” spots tenants were not told about in advance. By the time we knew what was going on, we’re all told to get on a wait list after they were sold off privately. Numerous households, some are parents with kids, suddenly have nowhere to park their 2nd car and it wasn’t their fault. During Covid no less. Also landscaping has always been hit or miss, and other reviews about lacking trash pickup are true. One owner we know sold and moved due to missing mail, sewage leaks, and harassment over a Canadian flag on his deck (yeah, you know, the country symbol?). Do NOT live with this company. You will regret it.
