It's always a bonus when your property is managed by someone who now lives in the area. Matt is English, and speaks fluent French, he lives and works full time. He understands the local rules and regulations within his area, and is able to carry out security checks, maintenance, including minor repairs in the event of unforseen damage, without you getting rippped off. If you own property, be it a second home, or a rental property Matt is your go-to person in his area.

We had a wonderful stay in Bernex in September , a lovely little town with good facilities including a playground and cycle circuit our granddaughter loved.
We were greeted at our apartment by the local manager , who was full of useful tips on places to visit. The property was very clean and had everything we needed.
