Melissa was the listing agent for a property we purchased last summer. I was so pleasantly surprised by her professionalism and how helpful she was when we asked her represent us on the transaction as well.

Melissa’s business seems to be very much focused on relationships and trust. In every interaction she was very customer focused. She was honest and forthright about all the information around pricing, expectations and helping us understand the purchasers perspective.

Her advice was spot on and I feel that she was very fair in representing both parties. She was responsive, answered our endless questions with a smile and really made us feel good about having chosen her to represent us. She had the property surveyed independently prior to listing which enabled us to have greater confidence in the condition of the property. She also recommended a local lawyer who completed the paperwork on time and on budget.

I can honestly say that our offer was largely successful and fair based on her approach and advice. It was actually quite unexpected. We have heard so many stories from others about unscrupulous and underhanded agent behaviour. I am happy to report that Melissa was the opposite of that and a consummate professional. I would not hesitate to use her again myself, and have recommended her to several friends unreservedly already. Hard to imagine a better person to help with the most expensive purchase of a lifetime.
