Staff there are nice. Their maintenance service responds very quickly. When the first time I used the oven, there was some plastic burnt smell and triggered the fire alarm so I called the maintenance and a kind man came within 5 minutes. It turned out that it’s just because the oven was brand new but their quick response made me feel safe and reliable to live here. The only one thing is I’ve asked multiple times about parking because I’ve seen a lot of cars parking in a empty space behind our apartment and some neighbors also told me I can park there if I’m living in this building and I’ve even seen people parking in the big garage on the ground floor. Yes we have a garage which at least can take 5 cars inside but every time when I asked about parking behind or inside the building their answer is always “no we don’t provide parking lot here you have to get the residential parking permit for 30 something dollars and park on the nearby street. The thing is I’ve seen my neighbors parking behind or inside the building everyday. I have no idea how do they do that and they all told me “I can park here and there is no problem if I live here”. But Marda’s answer is always no. Still trying to figure it out right now.

Kathy and Shayza have been wonderful in my journey to find a new apartment. Kathy is a fantastic communicator and was always available to respond. Shayza was impressive with her knowledge of the unit and building and very easy and comfortable to talk to at our showing. We had a wonderful experience with marda. The online application was elaborate but smooth.They were quick with the approval and never got annoyed with my frequent change in plans. Cheryl did an awesome job showing us all the property with a awesome smile. Over we had a very positive feel with them.

I need answers to my questions that I sent via email.
If I don't get them in a timely manner, i ll post here about your part in the scam and forgery. Now, I have solid proof for everybody to see what you all did. Come clean now or everything's going to tenant board.
My name should be enough to recognize what am talking about.

Advice to new tenants looking for their service:
Don't
For the entire lease duration, we had so many problems but the major being the heat in winters. Their solution is to provide space heaters instead of getting them fixed. I have tons of email exchanges proving they were tryna buy the time until winter ends.
When you sign the lease with them, make sure they sign some legal document tht holds them liable if the things don't get fixed in a reasonable time. Good luck.

i am not accusing you of any fraud or forgery and have no intentions of defaming your business, i had to resort to harsh language to get a response, which worked because you finally responded. I am struggling mentally because of all this and am requesting you to respond to my emails too as my signature was forged on a legal document which if not addressed in a timely manner, can put me liable for the rent owed.
