My wife, contractor and I went to an Open house managed by this realtor. After showing interest and willingness to over bid "garunteeing" the home. The realtor decided it was ethical to raise the asking price %60 ($125,000) this is completely unacceptable. And in my opinion demonstrates unethical buisness tactics.... Tread lightly, they will take advantage of you. Wouls give 0 stars if possible. Complaints being filed with RECO and WECAR

Well, I can't say enough about Mustapha and Suhail. I had a rental property with tenants and thought I would not be able to sell it. But these two gentlemen reassured me they could. They worked around the clock, had great communication with me. I not only got a great price but it sold in 4 days and had a short closing. I was very impressed with their support. I had the pleasure of having an agent from Manor Realty assisting me in my search for a rental property. Suhail went out of his way and took the time to research properties in my budget, preferred neighborhoods and with things I was looking for inside such as bed and baths. This was my second time choosing Tina Pickle and The Legal Edge Team to handle my home selling/buying needs. She is a consummate professional.
Tina was so helpful in helping me find houses that I might be interested once she knew my style/preferences and financial limitations. She has a wealth of experience and has a really good feel for the housing market. Once I narrowed down my potential purchase choices, Tina was very quick to produce recently sold nearby comparables to better gauge accurate pricing. She offered me suggestions and pointed out problematic things to look for when choosing a house.
With the housing market as hot as it is right now, it can be quite discouraging to try and find something affordable and attainable, but Tina has a very positive outlook and I really appreciated her encouragement. Tina is sincere and so obviously cares about her clients. On one particular occasion she steered me away from a potential purchase citing her concern for me in that location.
I guarantee you will feel comfortable and confident having Tina working with you. I have highly recommended her to several friends and family and will continue to do so!!!

My partner and I recently purchased a house in Windsor Ontario. Initially, we had planned to make this purchase without using a real estate agent; however, after the non-stop insistent recommendation by a close friend that we engage Tom Hunter of Manor Windsor Realty Ltd., my partner and I could not be happier that we followed such recommendation (and it is now obvious why our friend was so annoyingly insistent). My partner and I have a great deal of experience with real estate transactions. Based on our experience, Tom Hunter is the best real estate agent we have ever worked with. We would NOT think of buying or selling real estate in the Windsor Ont. area without engaging Tom Hunter...we only wish that Tom Hunter was able help us with real estate matters in Toronto.
