In the past 8 years, I've lived at two separate Luxor managed properties.
10 out of 10 for rent, cleanliness and the same for their staff.
Super friendly and responded quickly to everything I've needed over the years.

Hitch hikers are becoming a fact of life all around the world.
When I’m away from my apartment, I don't put stuff on the ground, and when I return, I wipe myself off outside.
Also, I don’t leave dirty dishes, food or garbage sitting around.
So like most people, I've never once had pest issues.

Upon moving in my heat was broken. I was provided a space heater which then broke. I went 7 days with no heat and no building provided space heater. I attempted to communicate via email, phone calls and the maintenance requests form and was ignored. Attempted to contact the property manager of 323 second avenue who did not return my calls.

Maintenance at this building attempted to enter my unit when I was not home with zero notice, when I have marked do not enter when I am not home on every form I have filled out.

Additionally the building is rampant with roaches, when I reported this it was again ignored for 5 days. Luxor is very quick to responding to comments, If only they put half that energy into maintaining their buildings and responding to legitimate tenent requests.

Editing to add Ryan Aulenbach has emailed me repeatedly to take my review down while doing nothing to fix the issues aside from maintaining they are not his fault.

if management actually cared ..we would not dealing with bed bugs,cockroachs and mice for the last 3 years ..the building need to be completely blanketed and an actual big pest control company needs to be brought in ,as we had Orkin before this company took over and fired that company that never had these problems ..maybe pest control and management need to be replaced so we can go back to living without these issues

Our company does most of the electrical maintenance for Luxor Management Inc. I've personally been lucky enough to experience both sides of things for such a prestigious company. From executing electrical repairs when I was in the field to working alongside the knowledgeable administrative staff now that I'm the Electrical Superintendent. I can confidently say this entire experience has been nothing short of an amazing display of organizational skills and professionalism at it's finest. The property managers are presentable, very understanding and eager to assist without hesitation. If you need your property managed, I strongly recommend Luxor Management Inc.

New student(s) in Sudbury? I recommend this apartment; the transit terminal is 1/2mins walk away and connects to anywhere in the city, fast food places, stores, restaurants…etc these places are all around you!

I must commend the responsiveness of Luxor management, especially John Hastie and Shawn; always on top of their game. They made my 4yrs stay in this apartment worth it!
