I have never had a better living experience in an apartment building than I did at Lexington Grand.

Words can't fully capture how wonderful it was. My family recently moved to a larger place and faced many challenges, including serious health issues. The property managers, especially Gabe, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, providing extra support during our crisis to ensure our family's safety. We are forever grateful.

The community at Lexington Grand is exceptional. There is ample parking, beautiful parks, and stunning apartments. If you've had any negative experiences with luxury apartments, I assure you that Lexington Grand will restore your trust.

Know a resident who lives here. They are very happy living there. The building has a variety of ongoing events keeping the tenants busy playing cards going on trips or monthly dinner gatherings, as well as many other events organized by the tenants. Management is always very supportive, friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff keep the building spotless and grounds and landscaping is impeccable.

We had a tour of the building only.. not an apartment as none were vacant. We really enjoyed our tour. Unfortunately the waiting list for an apt is very long. It was nice to visit a building that has friendly seniors. Location is convenient close to Stanley Park Mall and other amenities. Pet friendly too.
