I completely agree with this review of Juginder because I was also part of this terrible experience with Platinum Realty. We informed them two months before leaving the house, but the agent ignored us, and the owner told us to deal with her directly. I even have proof of sending emails, messages and calls about our issues, but no one replied.

After 1.5 months, the agent suddenly showed up, demanding rent and threatening us with a court case. Unfortunately, we ended up paying $3,000 for no reason. We are new to this country, but we are not naive. Her actions were unprofessional and made things worse.

I had a terrible experience with Platinum Realty Agent. We paid four months’ rent upfront, and even after informing her two months in advance about leaving the house, they still forced us to pay an extra month’s rent, costing us $3,000 for no reason.

The agent also entered the house without giving any notice, which was a huge invasion of privacy. She even threatened us with court action and said we wouldn’t become permanent residents, which was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would never recommend this agency to anyone.

Well, my mates were speaking facts and truth and i was also at the same boat with Juginder and Navjot. Unprofessionalism was on its peak. The main thing is name of agent is Zoey Huang. Although she made fool all of us for one month rent, but we will share this thing with our community group as she and her owner of house looted like one month rent for no reason at all. Earning hard earned money like 3000 dollars is not the easy game. Totally disappointing.

My wife and I have now worked twice with Maggie and her team in the past 3 years - what a wonderful experience! There was never any pushing to make a sale; only an honest desire to make every effort in finding the home that we wanted and needed. Maggie assisted us in selling our home as well as fining a new property. The communication for showing appointments was exceptional. Maggie ensured and insisted we reviewed all of our offers as well as provided her professional opinion, while educating us on the aggressive and fast paced market.

Maggie followed up on all tasks to ensure they were completed so no details were missed.
