I had a very unpleasant experience with this company over several years of managing my property. My interactions with Brian Moran, Operations Manager, were particularly frustrating, as he provided little to no support whenever an issue required their involvement.
The company hires an independent contractor, Andrew, to conduct semi-annual inspections, charging $200 just to take a few photos and generate an automated report through their app—often stating that everything is fine. However, when a tenant moves out, numerous issues become apparent—issues that were never reported.
This company seems efficient only when collecting property management fees but fails to provide actual support when problems arise. You'd likely be better off managing the property yourself or hiring a more qualified property management company.

I have a condo managed by the them and they vowed their state of the art tenant selection process but the tenants turns out refuse to move and they rented way below market rate without my consent. It is a nightmare. We waited eventually a year at the court to evict them. During the whole process, I asked Landlord several times but received 0 help. Brandon is also very unfriendly and talk with us in such harsh tone. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Terrible people. Ignorant and mean. Andrew has keys to house and come to your property even when you say no. They throw away all my belongings and reported falsely to the Landlord. Never responded on time. Avoid these company I was never safe. At the end they took my key deposite. Left me and Landlord unhappy he fired them!
