Never trust the management of this building!

They contact you from two different numbers, and each person gives you different information. In the end, they cancel your application without any prior notice, even after scheduling a contract signing and collecting the first and last month’s rent!

Terrible management, and they don’t even acknowledge their mistakes!!!

25 years ago, my sister and her husband moved in. They aren't still there because they're dead. Not their physical bodies. Like, they are dead TO ME. The convenience store in the building courtyard is run by this great lady. The diet soda game really shone this summer and another freekshow-customer and I would race to buy-up all of the vanilla/cherry coke zero and no caffeine diet root beer or 7up. Like any mature grown women would. Why is it the only convenience store within a huge area of my rich, white neighborhood? Come on. Every other place around there is an inconvenience store.
This place has nice fountains and at dusk, a slew of women sit on the benches and have private, quiet conversations on their phones. I did that once and the truck for the trash was so loud for my entire conversation, I thought I was on a hidden-camera show. But aren't we always. I like to smoke weed by the fountain and one time a couple sat there so i clipped my J and asked them if they wanted a pic of them together. They responded with a "...no, we own these buildings". So I was all, I don't even live here. I did a keg-stand with diet dr.pepper and walked to my own home close by to ease their terror. Also this was before covid but i still wore my Phantom of the Opera mask.

Full of crackhead tenants and a landlord who doesn’t fix anything. The police were at this building several times a day some times and the landlord refuses to avoid his drug homies
