This man cannot be trusted! My parents approached him after my dad had been diagnosed with a terminal illness. He wanted to make sure he had his paperwork in order, so he asked if he could review the will and power of attorney that Christos had written with him years ago.

Christos told my dad that he had no record of his paperwork anywhere and that he would have to come in and rewrite it. After going in to rewrite the paperwork and paying this man once again, we found all the originals at home, Each page signed and dated by Christos! When we called to question Christos, he explained that they have a “big database” where they store all of the information and files and that sometimes “the big thing in the back with all the wires”goes down and then they lose people’s paperwork. He said that’s probably what happened to my dad’s will and power of attorney documents. I think it’s highly unlikely that there wouldn’t be a back up server. This guy is just a scammer, taking advantage of the sick and the elderly! He knew how sick dad was and how desperate he was to make sure everything was in order, and he used it as an opportunity to make money!
If he was an honest person, he would’ve refunded the money he charged for the second set of documents once we proved to him that he had already written them before. But instead, he raised his voice during the phone call and said, “Go deal with your loss. I’m not giving you a refund! - You asked for paperwork, I wrote it and you got to pay for it!” and he hung up the phone.
Please do not trust this man he is dishonest and he lacks integrity.

If zero stars were possible, that’s what he would’ve gotten!

Absolutely horrible, told me that my parent never filled out a will but ended up finding it when my dad passed with his signatures all over it. When confronted he claimed his computers were down. Called him again about the power of attorney, same reasons with the computes, had my parents fill out the paper work again, charged $450, then once again the original paper were found with his signatures all over it and when confronted, told he was not refunding any money and hung up on us. Took advantage of my parents age and illness. Not to be trusted at all.

Chris looked after me very nicely taking care of my mothers estate as well as helping me when a buyer from Toronto tried stiff arming me the day before closing over a window that was broken pre sale. Highly recommend him to anyone doing estates, wills, and real estate

He is the worst lawyer I have ever dealt with. Doesn't do Wills during a pandemic, which to me is a very important life event, should take priority over real estate, but he continues to do real estate but not Wills. I would never recommend him or use him!

Terrible experience. Late closing the selling part of the deal. Way over priced. Paid $1654 in selling fees for 358K house and $1889 for purchase fees for buying a 250K house not including land transfer tax. Then went on to explained that he did all the pay outs on his lunch ! Cry me a river. Never again !

He stressed out my clients beyond belief when he told them there was no way he could close the deal in time. I called two other lawyers and they were puzzled as to why that was They said it must have been a man power issue on his part, which is fine but don't make it sound like it's an impossibility due to timing and stress everybody out. I think they would much prefer he just say that it could be done, but that he couldnt do it due to manpower issues. The whole scenario left a very bad taste with my clients.
