Good friends recommended Kim and Ginny as a good fit for our home search in St Catharines (relocating fom the GTA). Both were AMAZING. We wanted someone who would be honest and not pushy and not BS us along the way.
They listened and understood our must haves/nice to haves, and if viewing a home that didn't fit the bill, would say "no, we can do better than this'. We worked mostly with Ginny who showed us around a dozen homes and always put OUR needs and future happiness first. When winter storms hit, she offered to view on our behalf, and also arranged a pre-inspection without us risking travel. Thanks to her persistence and experience we found our perfect home with the outdoor space and modern open living space we wanted in the North end.
