We just purchased a house through Kim and she was an absolutely amazing realtor!

First off, she was always available by phone and text and we felt like she always had our back.
Because of the other side, our purchase process wasn’t particularly smooth, but she really went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible. Honestly, with the issues that we had, it would have been a lot of extra work and frustration on our part had we had another realtor who wasn’t as involved. Kim did at least 40 hours of extra work for us even after the firm offer was signed.
We also found that Kim was a very honest person. She was never pushy to make the sale. She was very patient with us as we toured through many houses over the past 2 years, and offered her honest opinion regarding each of the houses.
