Clean and very well managed building with friendly staff. Got a decent gym, large parking spots, close to Yonge-Sheppard. Also got nice dog parks around. Suites could be more spacious but honestly has a good community which makes up for that.

I've had an amazing and pleasant experience with Shan who gives us an extremely smooth and fast process for leasing, where she puts our needs on first place and always keeps us posted for any updates. Though still not move-in yet, I can foresee the vibe will be great as other condos KG Group manages. Definitely recommend KG Group and Shan!

This rental building is always clean! Including parking , hallways,garbage shoot, and common areas. If there’s any issues you can submit a request via an app to have the maintenance people come and fix things. Such as broken fridge, leaky sink, broken door handle , dryer and washing machine.

I recommend this place just check it out tbh.
