In almost every province in Canada, a real estate agent must work for, or be affiliated with, a real estate broker (an individual or a brokerage firm) who is more experienced and licensed to a higher degree. This was my understanding of the real estate market, and my past experiences have been mostly negative when dealing with real estate agents. However, while looking for a house I was introduced to “Kandoo Real Estate.” As someone who teaches leadership and marketing, I guessed that the management of this firm must have a different approach to business. “Kandoo” when pronounced in English (Can do) gives a good feeling to people that want to buy a house, while in my native Persian “kandoo” means a beehive. After ten years of living in Canada, I thought I “Can do” it to buy a “Kandoo” (beehive) to live. I worked with Mr. Abbas Jafarnia, a wonderful leader in his business who would like to help people with the house buying process. After working with him, I felt he was an efficient and effective leader, very professional in his work, and a person who knows what it means to plan, organize, coordinate, and budget well. If you work with him you will receive much in the way of valuable information and develop your investment. We bought a home with the help of Abbas Jafarnia (real estate agent) in Lakeshore, ON. We really had a great experience. With Abbas's help we were able to negotiate the price down 28000$ from it's original price. Also, Abbas's brother Ahmad is excellent.
