Justin did it again! In the middle of winter 2023 a house came up for sale in a location I had always dreamt of moving to. The whole idea seemed a long shot in February. One phone call and the NEXT DAY we were walking through it and formulating an offer and making plans to list my home.

His enthusiasm never wavered and we got my house listed in record time with great 3D tour and photos. Together we navigated a low offer, a notification that an unconditional offer was going to bump my purchase, a fresh offer (just in the nick of time) and an amendment that saved me an additional $25,000! It was a stressful time at the beginning of COVID lockdowns and in spite of many unusual variables Justin navigated the quickly changing market with speed and efficiency.

I realized, after I bought the house, that if it were not for his quick action and communication on all levels, my offer might not have been the winner in the race.
