Joey Abrams provided great information on the property, he had a home inspection done beforehand, therefore he was able to answer all of our questions extremely accurately. He also understood what the property we were interested in was lacking compared to other homes for sale/recently sold and had rough quotes that helped us factor our initial offer. Lastly, while considering our offer, Joey generated a list of all comparable sales within the area for the past year so we were able to make an educated offer. He really compiled a lot of data for us that helped us feel in control when making an offer, and, his intimate knowledge of the property based on his home inspection was extremely refreshing.
