Our family is extrememly appreciative of Jerome's professionalism and diligence throughout the process of buying our house. Jerome was extremely quick with helping us to get our home leased (5 days only!). He has a large and professional client base, and we couldn't have been happier with the tenants that he found for us. My sister and I have both used The Schrier Group's services. Jerome Schrier always seemed to have a positive energy. Buying and selling homes can be quite an emotional and stressful experience --with emotion at times clouding good judgement. I found Jerome to be honest, and felt that he was looking out for our best interests. He took the time to find out our must have and wish lists and reminded us of them as we toured properties. I believe he is not short sighted--and sees the big picture (i.e., he wants his customers happy so they will return, and, I think so that he can sleep at night with a clear conscience and without fear of revenge by unhappy new home owners ;).
