I am writing a review as a Broker. One of their agents confirmed a showing on a property. My client and I drove over an hour to see the home and were not able to gain access. The agent JEANNIE WANG had her phone turned off. This industry has become the scum of the earth due to the few that are lazy, negligent, and just plain unprofessional.

Jie Xoing is super misleading, told my husband the house we were looking to rent ending up being rented out after wanting us to provide all of our information to her then gave us an email later on that night telling us it wasn’t available, I decided to call the next day because to me she should have known that ahead of time and it was still available and she ends up telling me she’s going to up the rent 400$ due to painting. I wouldn’t trust this realtor!! Very unprofessional to speak to as well. I don’t recommend her!!!!

We highly recommend them because we really love their services especially Catherine Bautista. She is so kind, lovely, and very accommodating. She’s highly recommended. Jeannie Wang from JDL Realty helped me to sell our house in March, 2021. She was providing great service and negotiated the highest sold price in our neighborhood. We also asked her to help us to find a home after selling, she was doing above and beyond than what I expected and found us our dream home with a very reasonable price.

Judy Wang of JDL Realty did not do her proper checks before posting her client's property info on external listing. Instead of writing down the parking spots (tandem spots) her client is legally entitled to, Judy wrote down some one else's (adjacent spots). When we brought up the issue to Judy, she did not accept her mistake, and in turn accused me, the buyer, for not doing proper verification beforehand. How would the buyers be able to do so prior to purchasing a property? As a result, Judy's mistakes caused financial loss to us, as well as additional fees to resolve the issue. Unbelievable.

The most unprofessional realtor. I purchased a house where JDL was the realtor from the seller’s side. The house was handed in a bad shape, toilets seats exchanged and worst of all curtains rods and curtains were removed while handing over the keys. When bought to the notice they said they cannot do anything.
The survey report has not been handed over inspite of two visits to their office and have not removed their lock for the past month inspite of several reminders.

JDL Realty is a joke. My girlfriend and I were in the midst of signing a lease agreement. They missed 2 irrevocability times. The agent accepted our offer and asked for more time so his client could sign the papers. Instead, the agent was actually showing the client other offers after accepting ours, they then informed us at 10:05pm they were going elsewhere. JDL works in bad faith and have zero credibility. I am disgusted by the behaviour of the brokerage and the landlord and am filing a formal complaint with RECO.
