Métier très difficile par le covid 19. Ils font de leurs mieux

Komt de afspraken niet na betreffende de overlast in ons gebouw door hun huurders. In mijn vorige review vertellen ze dat ze niet reageren op onbeleefde mails ( daar is niets van aan) maar ze sturen me wel onmiddellijk een mail om te zeggen dat hun huurders op datum van 17 Augustus het pand verlaten en smeken me om de negatieve review te verwijderen. Indien er weer op deze manier gereageerd wordt zet ik alle mails online ! Deze nacht 20/21 augustus werd er door deze afghaanse huurders zo hard geschreeuwd dat iedereen in m'n appartement wakker werd en dit terwijl ik om 4 uur moet opstaan voor het werk. + Agence immoroyal neemt zicht het recht om zonder toestemming van de mede-eigenaren de voordeur van de algemene delen te bestickeren, deze werd verwijderd.
Graag een oplossing voor dit probleem (en kom niet af met dit is ons probleem niet, jullie vertegenwoordigen al jaren de eigenaar (die te lui is voor te komen) op de jaarlijkse vergadering van mede-eigenaren.

Lost de problemen die hun huurders veroorzaken niet op integendeel ze proberen de schade die in het pand veroorzaakt is door hun huurders door te schuiven op de gemeenschap (tijdens de jaarlijkse vergaderingen waar zij de eigenaar vertegenwoordigen). Ik heb deze week 9 keer gebeld, telkens geen antwoord en bellen NIET terug, reageren ook niet op mails. En toen het kantoor volgens Google open was bleek het bij aankomst gewoon gesloten te zijn. Slaagt er tevens ook niet in om een pand in 1 jaar verkocht te krijgen (waarschijnlijk door de abnormaal hoge prijs en de al dan niet verborgen gebreken)

0 Stars! On Thursday i see a property for rent in Steenuilstraat 2 oostende newly listed.
I ask my wife to call the agency to arrange a viewing. agency advisor Patrick Dehollander advised us to send a email asking to make a visit. Also he mentions that he does not have the key for the house at the moment but in mean time you can fill in the relevant documents and send them back and he will select which candidate i will give appointment to. Strange way of working asking for private and confidential documents before viewing the house.

So we did what he asked sent all documents including candidacy application and other documents. We did not get a reply from him to say i have received your documents in good order, very unprofessional.

So we waited. Came weekend i go back on the immobilia website to see that the house has been rented. This has to be very horrible service based on judging the person characteristics and background by asking them first for Identification documents if you are a foreigner or not, then a decision is made so Immobilia Royal policy is not fair and safe for foreigners as you will be rejected or worse they will not reply to your emails this has to be discrimination at its best. So i advice to people applying at this agency or any other for a rental property that do not give your private and confidential documents first till you have seen the house. Most of these agency have no morals or respect for people applying for housing as you are submitting your sensitive information and expect no answer so now i wonder why do you have my private details and what are you going to do with it.

Its a shame Mr Dehollander that the way you have treated us or any other people the way you did i hope you understand that this is very unprofessional and disrespectful towards humanity and i hope you have learnt your lesson. Have a good day!

(Reply) i am well aware of the property cannot be rented twice it’s not about that. What it is about you lied to us saying you do not have the keys, when you do you will call us for viewing than all of sudden the property is given to someone else how did that happen when you do not have the keys to the house? It’s a clear fact you did not made the effort to call us as you didn’t think it was important.
