I’ve had a fantastic experience with Property Manager Racquel Di Fazio in managing my condo. She is professional, responsive, and always goes the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly. Any requests are handled quickly, and communication is always clear and timely. When speaking with neighbours everyone speaks highly of her and the work she does.

Icon Property Management really deserves 0 stars and not even the 1 star I have here. I had an ongoing repair issue at a downtown Toronto condo that they never fixed and all the communication and follow ups were initiated on my end and were dragged on for months unnecessarily. Answers to simple questions (i.e. When is the next Board meeting?) often don't get answered. I still haven't received an answer and it's been months. If you have questions more difficult than this, you might have to treat it as a lost cause. The worst part of this experience is that they sent people in my unit who caused the damage and they are now refusing to assist with the repairs. You are on your own when any problem arises even if they caused the problem. I am very disappointed in this Management company with how they handled this situation.

UPDATE: I reached out to Icon Property Management following their suggestion/response to this review but never heard back from them. I didn't even ask them to resolve the issue and only wanted to ensure that the same incident wouldn't happen to others like it did to me. Don't waste your time with them. Run far away and don't look back. Condo Board members, please do your due diligence and read this review.

Hello,

Icon property management is making life of tenants and owners sweet and soft.
The condo is well managed, clean. The workers from desk concierge to cleaner, responsible of garbage room or handyman works are all professional and polite. The turnover is really minimum.
Then the property management is always responsive, fast to answer and accommodating if needed.

if you would like your monthly payments get wasted and your condo look media room and other rooms look like these , this is your right management for you .
we pay same amount as luxuries condos in downtown and looks like worst that a ghetto rental apartment building.
yes, this is not Jane and finch area, this is right in THORNHILL, 75 , 85 NORTH PARK ROAD... This condition have been like this for more than 2 years, every time I say anything about it to our lovely manager Lisa, she replies we working on it. and when I say show me a proof she says that write a letter to our board. If I write a letter then maybe I should be the manager not her. eyes can realize real lies.
