We had an extremely complicated mortgage application due to being physically outside the country, which among other things made the application difficult and confusing. Anxiety was high as closing date drew near.

During the entire 3.5 months, Alan communicated clearly with us to set expectations, address questions and clarify confusion. He helped us navigate the complicated paperwork process of multiple financial institutions and eventually secured the mortgage on time despite all the difficulties (and time difference). We cannot describe how stressful the situation was for us, and how grateful we are for Alan’s tremendous help.
