These people are absolutely extraordinary people! They go above and beyond to help you better your life! My husband and myself were way over our heads in debt, and couldn't find a way out. One day one of our Bill collectors called asking for a payment and once again I was explaining my situation that i just don't have any money! This person asked if he could help me, feeling doubtful as i have tried eventhing, I allowed him to help, he then directed me and helped me along the way to Hos Financial who within 2 months approximately, found a investor who bought our house. My husband and myself were now debt free and able to start off fresh. We got to keep living in our house and pay rent to own back. It's been 4 years and we just bought back our home and our Credit ratings are great. So to you all..there is always help. Never give up! Hi, I signed up for this program last year in August. There has never been an investor and it feels like they are blaming my credit. If my credit was high then I wouldn’t need a rent to own program at all. I would just get a mortgage. They have many explanations but no results or a timeline. The 6 months they promised is passed now and they won’t return my deposit either. Save your money.

Jeff was amazing at completing our RTO contract. It was the exit that was contemptuous, our Chinese investor had even gained access to personal info he was not privy to. The extra fees and undisclosed invoices was an attempt to sabotage our successful exit. We did gain our home back with the help of a lawyer but this is how HOS and investors are slyly gaining properties

I did not know about Rent To Own before i met the people at HOS. After speaking with Terry and getting to know the team, I was impressed at how much then care and take care of people.
