On February 29, 2024, we had an issue with the heater, and I contacted maintenance to resolve the problem. It has been almost eight months, and no one has responded. Additionally, Simon Parker, the Property Manager, told me, "I can cannot help anymore" there is someone wants to sue them please let me know we can go to a class action.

I have lived at Brookwell since 2015 . With my family my kids and I love it here it’s a family oriented neighbourhood . My sons are able to outside and play with alot of kids. I’ve made great friends as well. The workers Shane and Dean get the job done properly work orders for done efficiently. The lady in the office is great (Jen ) she really goes above and beyond as all the employees do. Everyone is always friendly, I really love living at Brookwell. The cleaning ladies are doing a great job keeping the buildings clean inside and out. Simon is amazing any issues or concerns he’s right there to help you.

I am extremely impressed with Brookwell apartments. Work orders are done quick and efficient. Staff are usually always smiling unless buzy of coarse. Any concerns are dealt with promptly. The maintenance staff are quick, clean, and have good customer service (shayne and Dean)The cleaners are always cleaning daily and do their best Office staff are so helpful and easy to talk to. I recommend this little village in a very crazy toronto. Very family oriented. Schools close by. My family and I are very comfortable in our home . Thank you Goldseal and all staff.

My and my girls have been living duncanwooods since 2004. And we've had nothing but positivity and professionalism come as a result of our apartment building being Managed by Gold Seal. I recently had the pleasure of dealing with and Simon and Julie in regards to a some issue . They took the time to listen and were very understanding and fix immediately . They rectified it without hassle and ensured all promises made were held up. Simon the property managers so amazing he has always been extremely supportive and helpful anytime. Of course our super Duba she is also very good and she keep our building very clean…

I live on brookwell. There's bed bugs and cockroaches. Maintenance request orders are always ignored. The property manager Simon is unprofessional and condescending. The washer and dryer machines are always broken. There's garbage all over the hallway floors. Everyone seems to have dogs and never pick up after them. Be prepared to have your car parts stolen in the underground garage. They enter your apartment without notice wearing shoes and leaving dusty foot prints everywhere.

My husband and I have lived at Fairfield Towers for 11 years and are very happy here. Maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner and the maintenance staff here is pretty good. Hats off to Gee who did an awesome job on our bathroom even his new in our building he always response quick, Thank you Gee. The office staff is always polite and courteous and attentive to our needs. The property is, for the most part kept clean. We believe in being clean courteous neighbors and hope all neighbors share the same sentiment. Thank you Gold Seal😍

I lived at Fairfield Towers since 2017 and moved out this year because I purchased. However, if that wasn't the case, i would never chose any other place to rent than this building. I have met some great people, made great memories and had a pleasant experience throughout the years living there. Also, the management is very prompt and polite. Starting with Wendy and now Gee as superintendents, two hard working individuals that tried their best to keep their tenantshappy. Furthermore, Simon Parker the property manager, has always answered to any concerns we had and always helped to find solutions. I would recommend this building to anyone because it is a very nice, clean and well kept bulding. I thank them all for being so nice to me and my family over these years and wish them all the best.
