Bonjour, dans l'ensemble votre équipe gère l'édifice de façon adéquate selon vos priorités de gestion et financière. Il y a toujours quelqu'un pour répondre à nos questions, et on n'a pas l'impression d'être laissé dans le néant. De plus l'incrément du montant mensuel pour le renouvellement de bail annuel est juste et en fonction du veillissement des logis, le manque de finition lors des déneigements hivernaux. Donc, bravo à Gestion POM et propriétaires pour bien gérer les risques versus coûts opérationnels. Merci!

Cependant, est-ce réaliste de considérer que propriétaire et Gestion POM peuvent amortirent les coûts et gérér la logistique du remplacement des fenêtres thermo, cérémiques abîmées, rafraîchissement des luminaires sans attendre que le logis soit vide, c.-à-d. rénover le logis vide avant d'accepter un nouveau locataire? De plus, assurer un meilleur choix de l'équipement lors des déneigments l'hiver pour faire en sorte que la totalité du statitionnement soit déneigé sans amoncellement d'une montagne de neige empiétant sur l'espace de stationnement? En passant, le bardeau d'asphalte du toit du cabanon au 599 boul. de l'Hôpital, Gatineau devrait être remplacé (Trinic Toitures Inc. pourrait vous faire un bon prix). Voilà pour moi. Lâchez pas 🙂

Francoise and her colleagues are very friendly and they are very reachable. They are very helpful in finding solutions for occasional problems in the rental house. They know the needs of their clients and tenants well. I would highly recommend the POM team.

Based on my experience, the property management services provided by POM Management did not meet the expected standards. I would like to detail the sequence of events that have compelled me to write this review.

Our condominium, which is under the management of POM, suffered water damage that POM believed was preventable. Despite initial prompt action by POM, who quickly engaged a competent disaster remediation firm, the root cause of the leak remained unresolved.

Subsequently, communication with POM's representatives, specifically Martine and Melanie, became increasingly challenging. They did not respond to repeated inquiries for updates via phone calls and emails, leaving us without essential information. In a distressing turn of events, they incorrectly asserted that the damage was due to resident actions, a claim we refuted with evidence to the contrary.

Ultimately, in an effort to gain clarity on the repair process, we found it necessary to present official documents from the Condo Authority of Ontario at the POM Management office. During this visit, my intent to simply obtain an update on the repairs was met with a surprising accusation from Martine (The Owner and CEO), who claimed that I "attacked" her, a severe mischaracterization of my straightforward inquiries.

Despite arranging a meeting to address these concerns, POM cancelled it last minute. Moreover, they inappropriately directed and instructed my elderly and terminally ill mother to personally undertake significant landscaping construction work to rectify the water damage, at her own peril, an unreasonable and impractical expectation especially considering their prior acceptance of fault and admission of negligence causing the damage in the first place.

This experience has been profoundly unsettling, and it is with sincerity that I advise potential clients to consider alternative property management options.

Very poor management and people skills there contractors are constantly disappointing from there plumber spreading fecal matter over the walls and bot cleaning after himself and there duct worker cleaners doing a a half job there work and leaving insulation everywhere and there snow removal company is literally breaking all our curbs that are brand new of two years ago they skim every penny I also been waiting two months for them too send stone to just close a window that jammed open and they tried to get to pay for it when it's considered common grounds had to call the cmrao witch is where you fill complaints against the property management's like them
