I met Gail roughly four years ago through a recommendation from mutual friends. I contacted Gail to see if she could assist with helping to find a new home in PEC. Relocating from the GTA to PEC created some challenges due the distance, but Gails knowledge of, and insight into the area proved invaluable in finding exactly the home I was looking for. She was able to arrange multiple viewings in a single day to avoid wasting time and was extremely patient and accommodating throughout the entire process.

I really appreciated her honest opinion of the homes viewed. Gail pointed out the pros and cons of each, and in no way did she try to influence a sale. She wanted the house to be a perfect fit as much as I did.

About 5 years ago, when Jason and I made the decision to look at properties in the PEC area we were referred to Gail - and I am SO glad we were. Gail introduced us to the different areas of the county and showed us many homes as we changed our minds about what we wanted, and where we wanted it. She was patient and informative - and funny! We landed on a wonderful property and home and could not be happier over the last 5 years.
More recently, we saw a new build going up just down the road and wanted to take a look...
