A very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable associate named Brian helped me try to find the right fit. Granted, we couldn't find the right colour, size, and texture to line up perfectly, but I do plan to return to the store and take another look when they get their Spring order. I definitely recommend this store and I personally will continue shopping there.

Friendly, helpful service. Worked within our budget to get him in a great suit! Alternations turn around was super quick (minor). We will be return customers and I would highly recommend!!

I went in for a suit for my wedding in May. I can say that Janet was super professional and made me feel like a rockstar. I’ll definitely be back next time I wanna dazzle people.

My partner and I visited Gadsbys twice this summer on visits to Stratford Festival. Great stuff for men and wonderful staff. The clothier who assisted us, Janet, picked out some things for me to try and I would not have otherwise considered but ended up buying. Really appreciated both the patience and attention. Will be back next summer!

Absolutely top notch store with top notch service, I lived in Toronto most of my life and have been to many shops like this. I can honestly say this was the best non-judgemental service I’ve ever had!! I sincerely couldn’t say enough great stuff about this place. Prices are very fair for the quality of garments and the owner really seems to be on top of trends and setting new trends. Very happy customer here. Keep up the great work guys!! See you soon!!

Would not recommend this store as their return policy is way too short at 10 days. I bought a white dress shirt and returned it 14 days later and they wouldn’t let me return it. They didn’t mention their return policy at check out even though they knew there was a large chance I would return it since I was buying it for my partner. They definitely would have been able to resell a white dress shirt too. Where is the customer service?

The absolute best customer service and friendly knowledgeable sales personnel! They went out of their way to help us in purchasing a suit for my son for his sister’s wedding. They deserve a much higher rating than 5 out of 5 for all of the help that they went out of their way to give us!

I had a very weird and surprising (not in a good way) experience here today, December 13, 2019. I went into Gadsby’s with a friend to purchase an Au Noir shirt or two for my husband for Christmas. My friend was interested in a Viyella shirt, and possibly something from Johnson and Murphy. There were two male salespeople in the store (I think they both worked there, but who knows). When we went in, the man at the front of the store walked away from us, no greeting, absolutely nothing. We thought perhaps he was with another customer. So we wandered around the shop, which is very nice with lots of selection, but no one approached us. We looked at almost everything in the store, meanwhile the two men stood at the back talking near the coffee area, totally ignoring us, and obviously not interested in our business. With every intention of making a significant purchase (Au Noir shirts run in the $150-$170 range), we ended up leaving the store, still with not a single word from these two men. This was totally baffling to us, as everywhere else we shopped in Stratford was pleasant, courteous and worth the drive. I don’t know why this happened, but if I could give less than 1 star I would. I think if salespeople are so uninterested in doing their job they should quit and leave an opportunity for someone who might actually enjoy the work. Fortunately there’s a Gadsby’s in Cambridge. I’ll be shopping there tomorrow.
