Farzin and his great team are FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC! They made renting out our house so easy and helped us understand what was happening every step of the way. I moved to California due to my job, and my wife moved to our new condominium at the beginning of the process. Farzin went above and beyond to go to the house and check on it while we were away to make sure everything had been set.
Obviously, making an informed decision is the most essential part of renting out a house. But personally, as a detail-oriented person in making a deal, having someone who correctly set and managed the documents and information and came through with expectations was such a lifesaver and made me feel so at ease throughout the entire process.
