Très mauvaise agence, des temps de réponse par mail extrêmement long. Chaque procédure prend des semaines, j’ai même un amis qui a été convoqué au tribunal pour squat et retard de payement car l’agence avait fait l’erreur de ne pas noter qu’il avait fini son bail.
Je ne recommande absolument pas.

I had an outstanding experience with Fahel & Co, thanks to their incredible leasing agent, Noah! From the very first interaction, Noah was quick to respond, highly professional, and truly dedicated to making the leasing process as smooth as possible.

What really stood out was Noah’s fantastic energy and communication skills. He made me feel completely comfortable asking any question, no matter how small, and always took the time to explain everything clearly. His professionalism was top-notch, but he also brought a friendly and approachable attitude, which made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable.

It’s rare to find someone who is both highly efficient and genuinely invested in helping clients, but Noah absolutely exceeded all expectations. Thanks to him, I’m thrilled about moving into my new place! If you’re looking for a seamless leasing experience, I highly recommend Fahel & Co, and if you get the chance to work with Noah, consider yourself lucky—he’s simply the best!

I have had an amazing experience as a tenant, and a big part of that is thanks to Mona! From the very beginning, she has been incredibly helpful, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile. Whether it was answering questions, resolving issues promptly, or simply making the leasing process smooth, Mona has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Her dedication to excellent service truly sets her apart. I highly recommend this place, especially because of the outstanding support from Mona!

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. They have no idea what they’re doing. They have no respect for tenants’ privacy, they don’t provide safe housing, and they break LTB laws. Homeless people inside the building in the hallway, endless maintenance issues including issues with vital services like shower and heating for days, poor communication, rude owner who’s literally handling all departments (this should tell you a lot about the team and the company), and the worst thing is 4 male strangers just walked in on me today while I am sleeping half naked with no notice or whatsoever and act like they’re just walking to their own house. The 24h notice of entry period was not respected multiple times. People just feel free to let themselves in!!
Such companies should be banned from doing this business that deals with people’s lives and privacy.

Before I begin, I want to point out that I am not a tenant for any of the properties offered by this company. My review will tell you exactly why.

Overall, my experience with Fahel and Co. as a prospective tenant was really underwhelming and very unprofessional. I dealt with a representative named Axel.

The Zoom viewings were fine. Not a whole lot of enthusiasm on the rep's part, but it was fine. The properties looked nice, and were within my budget for rent.

Fast forward to our second meeting, where I provide the rep with my availability for an in-person viewing in Ottawa and fill out an application form (to show my interest, apparently). I hear nothing from the rep for a week, when I was treated to a phone call asking if I was still interested in any of the properties. I let the rep know that I was still waiting for him to schedule our showings, which were now about a week away. Clearly this guy didn't care enough to check his notes for even a minute. This would be a theme.

I would eventually get a date for my viewing. However, in the email from the representative, there was only a date. No address for where we should meet up was provided, nor was a time provided. I had to follow up and ask for this information myself. I not only had to drive from Toronto to Ottawa to see these properties, but I felt like I had to do the job of the person who was trying to organize everything and sell me on these properties.

I went for a viewing yesterday. The rep was missing access codes to a few of the properties and didn't seem to be ready or care at all about our viewing. He then took us to another property, and one of the units, unbeknownst to anyone, was absolutely TRASHED, with chairs thrown everywhere and filth all over the unit. We concluded the showing at that time. The unit looked beautiful during our Zoom call, yet was abhorrent when we arrived.

All of this was coupled with communications littered with spelling mistakes and overall unprofessionalism. I'm not trying to be uptight about this process, but renting in a new city is an important process, and it costs a decent amount of money. This company showed during my viewing process that they simply cannot be bothered to make sure that things work out all right for prospective tenants.

As I could only imagine how this reflects on daily living under this company's properties, I decided to not sign on as a tenant with them, when I came into our viewing thinking that renting out one of their places was a foregone conclusion.

The entire process was an absolute embarrassment, to be honest. Do better.

I can’t say enough positive things about Leasing Agent Noah Perrault. We kept changing our minds and he accommodated us every time. Always friendly and positive. He gets back to us quickly and even took a call on a Friday night at 8:30 pm. Very knowledgeable about the apartment, lease and everything else. Thank you Noah! Amazing service!

This company has zero respect for their tenants. I put in a repair request thru their online portal and rather then any of their employees contact me for the best time to come do the repairs, they reply “were coming in this day make sure someone is home”. Not even an attempt to arrange a schedule.

Today I received an email from Fahel & co saying there is work starting tomorrow in the backyards and we need to clear out our personal items. Less than 24 hours notice for construction!!!

This company does not care about the tenants in this neighborhood and it shows. Their customer service is a joke and the contractors they hire are unskilled and unprofessional.

I recently had a fantastic experience with Fahel and Co. After struggling with an unresponsive old company, Fahel and Co. not only addressed our bug problem efficiently but also went above and beyond by providing us with a new humidifier when our previous service failed to help. Their dedication and excellent customer service have truly made a difference.

Their service was always quick and they responded to maintenance requests within a timely manner, it was also very easy to use their portal.

Our tenant coordinator was wonderful as well, she was very polite and helpful.

Highly recommend them!
