Absolutely terrible experience and sloppy, outdated work.
We ordered a new appraisal for a residential property as requested by our lender. We reached out to FR Jordan&Associates since they were recommended by our lender. The inspection of the house done in 10minutes. It took them 2weeks to complete the appraisal, only sending it to us after messaging them again. After reviewing by our lender, I was told that they haven't seen such a bad and sloppy appraisal in years and they told me to reach out to the appraiser again to consult and have it rectified. The property value is significantly undervalued, using sloppy comparables, far below any conservative market value, not reflecting current rents, calling tenants belongings and clothes "clutter". The appraiser showed no sign of willingness to rectify his mistakes, nor to discuss further, quite the opposite, when I reached out back to him, he was rude, offensive, lacking even basic client appreciation, providing zero client service. I was astonished that a company delivering such a lousy work can even operate in today's competitive environment, let alone that lenders have them on recommendation list! On top of that, the form and type of appraisal report they delivered is outdated and looks like from 1980's. I wasted $600 and 2weeks for nothing. Beyond horrible experience!!!

Excellent service! When you have a finance clause, you need someone to do an appraisal as fast as possible, while doing an effective job as well. You can definitely rely on FR Jordan and Associates to deliver on that! Five stars well-deserved! Very professional and they know their stuff!

What an awful experience. Did the inspection of our house in 6 minutes and delayed giving report for 3 days where we almost lost the house we loved and were ready to close through RBC. Never use them as it's a garbage company and the attitude of the inspector Tom Brent was so awful. I wish I can give them minus -5 stars. I will formally file a complaint with my bank to have them removed as appraisal services. Total waste of money.

I am a realstate investor. All these years I have never had an issue with appraisers. Nancy personally appraised one of my rental properties .not only she under estimated my property but she started talking to my tenants about the house. She did not go inside the house about the problems instead she took tenant Words for everything .she's very unprofessional and a liar. When I confronted her about speaking to my tenants she denied . .I would never recommend her for appraising any property . She charged me $370 for nothing she did .

Paid close to $2900 in return got undervalue appraisal for my property. with how the prices are these days and what my appraisal was done for is extremely disappointed. $2900 for appraisal and did not receive fair market evaluation.
