Disappointing. Unreliable. Zero accountability for work orders or safety standards. If you rent from them make sure you keep records of everything. They will delete or mark work orders as "completed" when nothing has been done. The business owner responded to my first maintenance request to fix a toilet by calling me repeatedly, one call after another, and when I didn't answer immediately, he showed up banging on my door, barging in and yelling at me, calling my complaints 'bogus', saying I'm making him look bad and threatening to throw me out and "rent to someone who will pay more". He proceeded to try to goad my partner into a physical fight and left in a huff when my partner walked away instead of taking the first swing. That was within two weeks of us moving in. In the year and a half that followed, we were neglected to the fullest extent. Nothing was taken seriously by them. We eventually stopped requesting repairs because we knew they would either be ignored, or might cause another altercation. Proceed with caution.. .. if this is how they treat immediate family members, I can't imagine what others are experiencing.

They conveniently loose work orders (lots, probably due to the "left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing") and have the 0% attitude towards the safety of the tenants.
Plus you'll most likely be belittled by an attitude that's well beyond not acceptable and intimidating as a "professional" business should not behave. Put up your guards and record all, as advice....
Perhaps once they figure out how to operate effectively it'll get better for them but being a fairly new company it might take a while and sometimes safety can't wait.
Good luck guys/gals in getting the business in order because we rely on a company that's supposed to have our safety and comforts of a home that we should be entitled to, paying what we pay as tenants for these kinds of "middlemen " businesses.

I reviewed your business and then you replied with a review against me as a person,thx. There's a reason I avoid toxic people and you who attacks me in my own home, it reflects on your business. All this because I put a request to fix our toilet in which you said it was "bogus" to want to fix a toilet.

Communication was prompt, and the agent who showed us the unit was delightful, happy to answer questions, and even managed to make me laugh at a joke during the viewing;

Applications are highly detailed, giving me the impression they are properly selective of tenants.
