Karina and Carolina are truly the best agents in the city! Selling and purchasing homes can be so stressful but these ladies made it so fun and exciting. I couldn’t recommend them enough! From the beginning, Karina was incredibly knowledgeable about the market and willing to answer all my questions. Her responses were quick and full of valuable insights. She regularly checked in over the months but never pressured us to sell. When we finally decided to sell, it was a very tough condo market but Karina did an AMAZING job and sold our condo within a month of listing and got us the price we aimed for. She works overtime to get your property to be perfect to market including staging, marketing campaigns, social media, etc. Her communication and negotiation skills are top notch. She also has an extensive network of contacts if you need any help from lawyers, handymen and more. Carolina handled our home purchase and she was incredible! She helped us narrow down our search based on criteria that was important to us and did extensive research on all the homes we were interested in. When viewing homes, she was so helpful in identifying potential issues and gauging the fair market value. Her communication skills were excellent, she is a strong negotiator and very patient! Jenny was incredibly helpful during my move, making the entire experience much easier, especially during the busy moving season (Sept-Nov). She was a pleasure to work with.
