I'm still trying to process everything that went down with my Enterprise rental. Initially, they told me there were no vehicles available in my area and I'd have to wait 3-4 days. I was already losing pay due to lack of transportation, so I knew I had to take matters into my own hands.

I asked if there was anything else I could do and they suggested calling other locations to find one with available vehicles. That's exactly what I did, and thankfully I got connected with an amazing customer service rep who truly understood my frustration.

They went above and beyond to help me, even contacting the manager directly to find a vehicle in my area. Within the hour, I got a call to set up a vehicle pickup for the next morning.

Although the vehicle they provided wasn't the SUV I originally requested (it was a bigger truck), I appreciated the effort the team put in to get me back on the road.

It wasn't the smoothest experience, but I'm glad it worked out in the end. I just hope that in the future, Enterprise can find ways to improve their communication and vehicle availability.

We rented a car for several months and the staff at this location were very accommodating with extensions on returns. They worked efficiently , and were a delight during our entire experience. Thanks for actually providing a pleasant experience, that’s rare now days.

How can I give 6 stars ? The team of Enterprise Stratford knows the meaning of Customer service. I am a very frequent customer to them and never got a chance to complain. Shuaib and the lady (extremely Sorry for forgetting the name, she is the sweetest btw) are the best team members. They guided me as per my need and geve me the best rental suitable per my trip requirements. Their tailored approach to each customer is the need of an hour in current market where customers are treated as moneybags! THE BEST BRANCH OF ENTERPRISE IS IN STRATFORD.

Not a good experience when it came to the vehicle we received. The staff were polite BUT ,the truck was filthy . We rented the truck in Mid March and Pop or some other unknown sticky substance was all over the windshield and header. No effort on the staffs part to clean it up. The store is managed by a commonly seen group of people we see more often in Ontario from India. Hotels, rental cars, coffee shops, stores, are very much being staffed and managed by this group. I dont know if dirtier conditions are more accepted where they come from but, its becoming a distinct problem where this group runs a business the cleanliness and sanitary conditions become worse and worse. Apparently now this mindset has creeped into their rental vehicles as well. I just hope they clean it up before the next person rents the truck. It should never have left their store in this condition.

I did the preliminary booking online so it was just a matter of picking up the keys. The whole process was pretty easy with transparent pricing and the car was clean. The staff was friendly. I will rent from here again.

Very good with fair prices and good selection of vehicles. My rentals have always been clean with either 1/2 or close to full tank of gas. The driver pick up and drop off service is a great perk Enterprise has.

All of the staff is professional, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with.
