"Eden sold my home in the past. My family was happy with the service. Realtor Eden kept in touch with me for years. This year we planned to sell our condo. We were on the market for few days. As the market was very buyer friendly, Eden,our Realestate agent, advised us if we were in a position to rent our condo instead of selling it. She felt renting is a better option for us. I used her service to sell my condo and to buy a house on 2022 ( during the real estate bubble), typical realtor working for commission, you have to do your homework and not to depend on their opinion, I asked her to help me with the mortgage and she recommended guy his name is kevin, he promised me good deal with A lender, both him and the realtor pushed my limit and make me buy a house, just few days before the closing i find out that he arranged for B lender, also at the closing day he charged me 2% fees, before he said the fee should be not more than 1.5%, I talked to Eden about the mortgage broker she recommended she said ohh i am sorry to hear that ! I told her how come you recommend someone if you not sure about his services and his honesty? Now i am out of pocket of thousands of dollars, what they done to me caused a lot of damage and stress to my life, for them to make few thousands on commission they destroyed my life , if you have another option don’t used her services otherwise be careful if you have too, she makes good commission from me by selling my condo and then buying house and i am not against her making money that way but making things easy at the beginning and screw people at the end is not fair, if her mortgage broker said he can’t arrange A lender for me then i will cancel the whole idea of buying new house and i will stay in me condo.
