Where do I start?!

The extremely aggressive emails... rude and demanding language. They do not care about the residents, only the rules being followed.

We have had countless issues with NO care being shown by this company. They are not a property Management company, they are rule enforcers and that is it.

Would be nice if the Condo Corp here, hired a company that wasn't such CRUD. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE.

These guys just take over Cotters cres condos from Deerpark and they raise the condo fees from $559 to $768 the following year. These people are in it for the money. It's not worth it for a your condo fees to be higher than a mortgage payment. $768 monthly for a condo fee is crazy and unaffordable. Better to have self managed condo than corporations. I believe all the positive reviews are their employees not real condo owners.

I'm incredibly frustrated with the management. The level of control they exert over my property is unacceptable. It feels less like I'm living in my own home and more like I'm living under someone else's rules. I've seen other reviews with similar complaints, and it's disheartening that these concerns aren't being addressed. I'm worried about what unreasonable demands might come next

Horrible company that took over condo in Ottawa a few months ago, very sudden and now I am paying fee after fee for their own incompetence. The have already raised the condo fee twice! 30 years here and for the first time in my life I am considering moving.

I’ve had mixed experiences with EOPMG.

Communication with the AR team has been inconsistent and frustrating, with almost impossible phone accessibility, delayed email responses, and unhelpful staff who fail to provide critical information. Issues like unclear fee breakdowns and difficulty resolving basic concerns have made this process unnecessarily stressful.

However, I’d like to highlight Robyn, the property manager, who has been consistently great and very helpful. Her professionalism and responsiveness make a big difference.

Good. Condo is well maintained and cared for. Excellent snow removal, hydro looked after on light fixtures, park beautifully maintained.

Phone calls do not get answered. Phone calls do not get returned. "We sent you a letter during the Canada Post strike." Even my bank tells me their Statement of Account looks fraudulent and I should not pay.

Recently moved from Deerpark Management to EOPMG. It was a rather sudden takeover, so some bumps …but to be expected.

Having said that, the company does seem to be very professional. They offer a lot of modern services. Our condo has been fortunate to keep our original property manager and property admin. Robyn and Jeannette are absolutely amazing and they help us keep our condo community running smoothly. They handle many requests/complaints/issues daily, but do so very well.
