It has been a true pleasure working with Dianne on a recent condo purchase. As someone who has moved often and worked with many different realtors, I can honestly say that Dianne has been by far the best. She goes above and beyond to help her clients before and after the sale. She took the time to answer every question we had, worked with our schedules throughout the contract process, was always available by phone, email, and text, and provided very helpful guidance on understanding different types of listings and building types. She represented both us and the seller in this sale and was very fair and impartial, I never felt like she put one side’s interests over the other. Her recommendations for other resources needed, such as the lawyer, were also excellent.

As great as Dianne was before the purchase, I’ve been even more impressed by her after-sale service. After the deal closed she continued to follow up with us regularly to ensure the move went well. When there was an issue with something in the condo after move-in, she helped us with it right away, even taking time out of a long weekend to do so.

Dianne properly estimated and listed our house on a market (which was very close to what we wanted for it as well). She gave us advice on what to fix and what would and would not add value to our house at a time of a sale, and so much more. All of this resulted in a first visitor's to the house offer and subsequent sale. We had a few other showing within the following week as well and 3 more families were interested in our house.
