If you are looking for a Real Estate Agent who genuinely cares for you and for what she does, then Denise Kennedy will meet all your needs and she is the "go to" person. We met at an Open House that she was having and became friends. Denise showed us different options and we quickly found a place that we wanted to call "home." She helped us make an offer which was accepted and then listed our "then" home for sale. Buyers were able to see, and keep, an attractive, coloured brochure that Denise made up and our place sold within a couple of days. Of course, the paper work was exhausting but Denise kept us informed of each day's happenings and followed through on every detail. We truly appreciate everything that Denise did for us as well as her very pleasant personality If we ever have to sell again, Denise would be the first person we would call because we believe we gained a friend!
