After my brother passed away recently in Trenton I was faced with selling his house quickly as i live in a different Province.
Luckily for me I met Kevin Gillis at Team Weir, Royal LePage in Trenton.
Kevin came to see me on the same day as I called and went through the house with me making detailed notes.
Once I got back home Kevin called me to say he would like to try a 5 day sealed bid listing rather than just list the property, which we could do later if we did not get any serious offers.

David and Chelsea Weir came to our home for consultation, stayed for 2 hours. We told them where we planned on buying, they told us to start sending them houses we liked. Our house sold in the first week and they dumped us on to another realtor in a limited area. This was the worst experience my husband Ian and myself have ever had with a realtor! I would not recommend them to anyone! Sellers beware! P.S.. my home was not professionally staged! That is a straight lie. I owned everything in that house!!
