I had a crazy almost unattainable idea of being able to purchase a dream property out of province and keep my home in Ontario for another 6 months before listing it so my youngest could finish the school year here and I don’t have your standard employment situation. I happened upon a Facebook post for mortgage recommendations and David was listed by many as a “mortgage solution miracle worker”… so I took a chance and reached out to him, honestly not very hopeful but just on the slim chance there was any hope. OMG!!!!!
