When we were looking for a team to represent us, we wanted to be sure we fully accomplished our due diligence and find the very best. Our home of 23 years deserved no less.

It all started with "the video". After speaking directly with Dave himself, he sent us an excellent presentation. Not a dull, generic one, but a custom presentation where he spoke directly to us. He went into great detail, going over stats about our area, direct and accurate comparables and, with data to back it up, showed us why we should hire him and his team to get the job done!

We met with James, one of Dave's agents, and it didn't take long for us to make our choice. We could see, without a doubt, that we were dealing with a true professional. On listing day, a mere two hours after the first showing, we got an offer. Not below listing price and not at listing price, but $120k over asking! And he didn't just stop there, he got us another $10k and maxed out at $130k. We finalized the sale the next day, the highest recorded sale price on our street within the past 2 years! James' knowledge and negotiating skills are second to none and the results were nothing short of incredible!

Of course, our experience with the Elfassy team is our own, and we can't say everyone will see the exact same results, but you can rest assured that Dave and his team know exactly what they're doing.
