Horizon condos 1900 Concession Rd6 has been a mess for the entirety of 2024. Currently this month in September, The front door lock is still broken for over a year now letting in anyone off the street. No landscaping since the property was built. Muddy side and back near peoples sliding doors. The side property black fence has been broken for 4 months by the construction crew. No fix or even attempt to. New vents in building walls are being installed that were missed during initial construction which is causing foam or plastic pellets all over the property. The construction crew neglects to clean up the pellets and are going into adjacent properties, which is loitering. There is a lock broken since Friday. I wonder how long it’s gonna be stuck in the lock before they even consider to fix it.. The maintenance manager here is extremely lazy, he just sits in his truck all day. Danbury obviously you don’t care. I give you a 0 rating.

Worst customer service ever. The receptionist is so rude and disrespectful she just hang up on me before finishing the call. Make sure to call the manager responsible for your apartment do not press 0 for the reception desk they’re so unprofessional and has zero knowledge.

Danbury is the worst company to ever deal with. Sean is aweful and has no customer service skills. When asking him for legal documents for our condo he refuses to respond. You have to catch him in the building and yell at him to get a response. I do not understand how he ever became a property manager. Nothing is ever taken care of in my building and you can never get ahold of anyone in the office. Absolutely a disgrace. Shame on you Sean from Danbury property management!
