We toured the buildings and town homes with Jennifer, who was very helpful and friendly. She answered all of our questions honestly and made sure the unit was what we needed and up to our standards. The unit was newly updated and clean. Very excited about the prospect of living here.

We have very nice experience with the guy “Auston woo” who showed us unit in one of the Roanoke apartments. He explained everything that we needed and eventually we got lucky to have a possession of that particular unit. I want to take this opportunity to thank Nelson, Jennifer , John for there prompt attention to detail. We had issues with our washroom door, Nelson came up looked and came up with a plan to replace the washroom door.
He organized his crew they came in one day installed, came back the next day and painted the washroom door. We are very pleased with his services as well Jennifer and John as well. Thank you to all of you for your attention to details. The maintenance team here is awesome responding to any requests. THANK YOU to all of you be proud of your attention to details.

Jennifer was a huge help during my move from a one-bedroom to a newly renovated two-bedroom unit. She answered all my questions and made the whole process really smooth.

The renovations are fantastic! My new unit is beautifully updated with modern touches that make it feel fresh and stylish.

Cloisters of the Don is a well-kept building, a close knit-community and great place to call home.

Many work orders are handled promptly. If a part is needed it is ordered and I am given a time frame to which the part will be received and item fixed. Ryan is thorough and is pleasant to work with.
