I truly can't say enough great things about Chad. We first met Chad 12 years ago when we moved to Sudbury and bought our first home and so when it was time to pack up and leave Sudbury, there was no one else we wanted to work with.

Chad is professional, efficient, and makes his clients feel that they are of the utmost importance. With Chad, we had nothing to stress about and he pulled out all the stops when selling our home.

My wife and I were introduced to Chad Moore in the fall of 2015. We were relocating for my job from Barrie to Sudbury. Not familiar with the town at all, I was introduced to Chad through a referral from my agent in Barrie. From the moment we met with Chad we were instantly comfortable. Our intent was to look waterfront properties. Chad did show us a few but very early on figured out that what we needed was not waterfront (we have two kids and needed to be close to schools and amenities), but something more suitable for our family. Chad almost instantly had a feel for our style as well. He was able to pare the list of houses down to a manageable amount on the weekends that we were coming up to look.

At the time we were still living in Barrie so it was important to manage our time well when we were in town. Later on, I was living in Sudbury during the week and seeing the houses in the evening with Chad. During that time Chad never wasted our time and made sure what we were seeing was quality and suited our needs. Being a corporate relocation, Chad was also cognizant of the fact that eventually we would be moving again and so resale value and neighborhoods factored into our choices. Eventually the house Chad found for us was through a referral in his personal network and was never even listed. From the first time my wife walked into the house she knew she was home. That shows how well Chad had come to know us and the value that he brings to the table.

Fast forward 6 years. Chad made sure to stay in contact throughout our time in Sudbury. As fate would have it, we were looking to re-locate back to the Barrie area. Immediately I contacted Chad. This time I got to see what a great marketer Chad could be in the selling arena. Chad handled absolutely everything from the videos, staging, inspection and listing. He gave us great advice about pricing that went against our instincts, but ultimately proved to be 100% correct. Everything Chad had promised us happened and all stress around the sale was removed. It has been a pleasure getting to know Chad over the years and work with him twice in the last six years.

Chad is a consummate professional who really listens and understands his clients. He will make sure you are matched to the right home or that you get top dollar for yours. I cannot recommend a better real estate agent than Chad Moore and Lake City Realty.

Through the whole experience, Chad had our backs and helped us buy a house that totally met our needs in a wanted neighbourhood with low availability. This review is coming 4 years after Chad helped my partner and I find our first home.

We bought in 2021, in the peak of COVID fury where the housing market was difficult to navigate. I went to Chad as he had been the realtor for my parents when I was a kid.

The process was exciting, scary, and at times discouraging, but Chad really helped keep our expectations where they were. He wasn't afraid to point out issues with some properties, and met us at our level when it came the quality of life we wanted to live. I appreciated the honesty and I think his judgement was spot on every time. His deep knowledge of the market, even one that was chaotic, really helped us put in offers at a price that was competitive but fair.

Chad communicated with us as well as the other realtors, so it always felt like we understood what was going going in. Eventually we found a house we really liked. Our offer lost to a conditional offer, which was discouraging but Chad kept tabs and eventually the conditional offer fell through and we were able to resubmit our offer, which was accepted.

The real whirlwind happened after, and Chad really helped me keep on top of financing, lawyers and signing documents. I can't stress enough how fast this all happens, and without Chad's guidance things would not have gone smoothly at all.

We've been living here for nearly 4 years now and we couldn't be happier!
