Elyse is amazing! She helped my family and I find an amazing rental after our landlords decided to sell the house we were in. Extremely quick to respond to any messages and arrange viewings. Elyse is the best. My wife and I were looking for a new home and tried a few different real estate agents. Some felt like typical sales people whom were telling us what we wanted to hear. Some were providing us with discouragement in saying we couldn't afford what we wanted with our mortgage. Elyse showed us nothing but respect and support in a way that made it feel like a friend and not just some agent trying to make a buck. On top of that, Elyse was on point like no one else we met. What I love about working with Elyse is that she takes the time to go over everything, and explain every detail. Having a realtor not rush me, and give me all of the information I need up front feels like a rare gem. I always feel informed and confident that I'm making the right choices for me. I dealt with Elyse in purchasing a rental property which closed recently.

We viewed several properties throughout Quinte West. She was very patient, reached out to me with properties she felt met our needs and has a strong knowledge base in regards to both the local rental market as well as the needs and wants within the rental space.

She supported me with further assistance in gaining information on the lot and sought information to assist in gaining permits and offered insights on what work would be beneficial in the renovation process and had a good understanding of building requirements.

I would gladly deal with Elyse again and plan to in the future when we upgrade our own home. Above all else she's a very hard worker, has great communication and is an excellent advocate for her clients.
