This have been a fantastic experience, just moved into one of the hazelview properties. Alicia Collier really takes care of clients needs as a leasing agent as if they are her own, she goes above and beyond for people in a loving way. Ranga also extends his effort for building management, very thankful to have people like this as caretakers of hazelviews property and its residents.

It's been almost 18 months since we moved here, and there are issues that have not been solved yet: electric panel door gets opened anytime and hits you in the face if not careful while entering into my apartment, microwave making unusual loud noise at times, few times not received the notices for water shutdown. We did not have a secure net for the windows until after 8 months of moving in (that also when they change the doors and windows for all apprtments). Management and maintenance are very poor.

From day one I've had unresolved issues; Paint splatters all over the apartment floors, bath tub paint peeling off and not connected to the door entry buzzer (which makes any day time deliveries a hassle.) There has been constant construction, water and hydro shut offs. Drug users at the back entrance, dirty needles and garbage. It's rare to get in touch with anyone from the management team.

Apartment was good with no repairs or major maintenance issues but there was a water shutdown every other day and they used to cut off water all day... The alley behind the apartments has all the homeless folks hanging out and diving through the trash all day...it's a mess...our car got broken into twice with huge repairs and in spite of having CCTV cameras there was no follow up on who broke in...
