Jack and his company have been helping me and my family for 5 years and one month. His friendship with us has been counted on a few times, as we ran into struggles, with job changes, a new member to our family, and now COVID. If we had of gone with anyone else we would probably be out on the street. The house we chose in the beginning was heated electrically and cost us a fortune in Hydro the first winter. In working with Jack we put a plan in place to convert the home to a force air furnace, requiring all duct work to be installed, and propane. We originally started off using his handy man in attempt to save money, but soon learned the handyman could not do the job, and was a disgruntled worker who was feeding us poison. This poison prompted me to have a meeting with Jack to ask questions of worry. That was 4 years ago. The handy man is gone, I finished the work myself and the relationship with my family and Jack and company has been nothing but great. I have and will continue to recommend Jack and company to people I know who are looking for home financing and especially to those that I know are honest hard working who need a break. Outside of the initial poison fed to us by his ex-handy man this has been a great experience, and my family lives in a home that we could not have afforded otherwise. Thanks Jack.

I was looking for a private mortgage/lender when I found Jack, and he helped me buy my 1st house, even though I didn't qualify through anyone else. At one point, I was short on my down payment. Rather than keep my deposit, Jack arranged to do a rent-to-own for me so that I could still buy the house I wanted. I did end up coming up with the remainder of the money that I needed for the private mortgage. However, I came up with the rest AFTER Jack spent several days paying a lawyer and working on all the paperwork that we signed for the rent-to-own. I was pretty scared that Jack would say it's too late now, and just go through with the rent-to-own contract we signed. But he's very reasonable and understanding. He ripped up the contract and allowed me to go ahead with the private mortgage. Jack could've ripped me off at a couple different turns if he was out to screw people over, but he bent over backwards to make sure I got into the house that I really wanted. I'm very grateful to him.

Jack's son, Mark, assisted with a lot of the paperwork and return calls. He is by far one of the nicest guys I've ever dealt with. What a sweetheart! Thanks again guys!!
