This is the 4th real estate deal that we have dealt with Caldwell & Co. on, and each time we found them to be professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. We have dealt with both Vickie and Jacob Caldwell as they are a wonderful team.

With this last deal we dealt mostly with Vickie and were so impressed with her. She went the extra mile, literally. 2 of the past deals were up north and she had no problem getting in her car and driving up to view the many properties with us. She did her research and thankfully steered us away from a few of them as we had no idea of the history. We ended up with a wonderful house that we are so happy with.
