Virginia is always approachable, proactive, and solution-oriented. Whether it’s addressing maintenance concerns promptly, ensuring the common areas are clean and inviting, or simply being available to answer questions with a positive attitude, she consistently goes above and beyond for the residents.

What stands out the most is her genuine care for the well-being of everyone in the building—residents and their pets included! If you visit her with your dog, she always has a treat ready, which is such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. It’s clear she takes the time to create a community atmosphere where everyone feels welcome and appreciated.

Thank you, Virginia, for all your efforts, your kindness, and for being such a dependable and outstanding building manager. We are truly fortunate to have you!

I've never seen such incompetence by their book keeper. Their statement makes no sense. They never gave us a copy of our statement and it wasn't until our new property management gave us one. There was no transparency of what they were doing with my account. I'd make an assessment payment for the whole amount but they kept charging me the partial payment payments. I told them about this problem and still they kept charging me the monthly payment. The only reason I gave them one star is I had to to be able to get this review on the sight. They deserve zero stars.

This is the absolute worst group of incompetent, ignorant, and unprofessional property managers. They are rude and disrespectful to the owners. Val Lai is the absolute worst manager you can come across. She is disorganized, has poor customer service skills, and is unresponsive to owners' concerns. I would never recommend this team to anyone. I have been in this industry for 30 years and can assure everyone that these are a bunch of uneducated and unprofessional teams that I have ever seen. Seriously, this company is a joke. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

As a member of the condo board at my building, I can attest that Eric and his team at Brilliant are excellent. We've been working with them for 2+ years, and they continue to impress us with their quality of service, efficiency, and competitive fee structure - no other management company compares. Eric Plant over at Brilliant Property Management has been instrumental in helping me to begin the process of rolling back years of mismanagement here at 55 Centre. Brilliant came online with us in February of 2023 and we hired them specifically because of their focus on ethics and doing things properly, by the book. Over this last year Eric, Stephen and Jeff - and our impressive new property manager Crystal Dion - have all worked hard on our building's behalf, most recently assisting us in re-tendering a fan coil project that saved us over $200,000. I am, by all accounts, considered a very active and motivated President and Brilliant has kept pace with me every step of the way. The worst property management company you can imagine. Unresponsive to emails and phone calls. Weeks can go by with no response.
We moved out, thankfully - at least got away from them and they withdrew a month of fess more than they were supposed to. Ignored mails from the lawyer and ourselves.
Called, and was promised Michelle would respond. She didn't. Michelle is the absolute worst property manager you can imagine. ( she is the one who never responds to emails from our lawyer and ourselves)

Allow me to start out with that there were pros and cons to this firm's management of our condominium property. Matters started out well, however, with the passage of time the company services went downhill.

Perry, the property manager alluded to the fact that Aimee being his assistant is his niece which is nepotism as to hiring.

A catastrophic bodily injury occurred in our underground parking garage. There is a six (6) centimetre gap behind my vehicle. It caught my right toe causing my entire body to free fall onto the hard concrete surface and rolled three (3) times. I was immobilized and was in excruciating, unbearable pain. As well, it occurred on a second occasion. A walker was utilized to ambulate.

It was requested that the concrete be levelled so such life altering injuries would NOT reoccur. Perry said that he did not know where that particular parking space is in the garage.

It was requested if he could park his vehicle in the underground garage so there would be more exterior parking spaces for visitors and service contractors' vehicles. He refused.

It was also reported to Aimee. No contractor was hired to make the necessary repairs.

These dire injuries have lifelong consequences.

There are other incidents which will not here be written about in detail.

On September 29, 2023, Brilliant Property Management Company Inc. was replaced.
